Day 01: Luxor East Bank Tours

At first you will arrive at the Luxor Airport and meet with our representative who will take you in modern air-conditioned vehicles to your hotel.

Check in the Nile cruise ship to start this marvelous ride down the Nile. 

Today's journey will start at the East bank of Luxor by exploring The Karnak Temple. If any historian would be asked about the greatest architectural achievement of ancient Egypt, the answer would surely be the Karnak that took centuries to be completed with huge statues, pillars, and obelisks.

Next, you will be visiting the Luxor Temple. which was connected to the Karnak Temple where they witnessed many religious festivals in ancient times. Today the Luxor temple is a great museum of ancient Egyptian arts and architecture with diverse styles and outlines.

All your 3 meals of the day will be served to you while you’re enjoying your time at the middle of The Nile.

In the evening you will have amazing entertainment events including belly dancing shows, live music, costume parties, and much more.

Day 02: Luxor West Bank Tour + Sail to Edfu

Start your morning by enjoying the breakfast at your fancy Nile Cruise and get ready for more fun on today's journey.  

Now it’s the time to explore the historical sites of the West Bank of Luxor by starting with the Valley of the Kings. It’s the most magnificent royal necropolis ever established in ancient Egypt. The kings of Egypt used it for more than 500 years from the 16th till the 11th centuries BC. The most notable tombs include those of TutAnkhAmun, Ramses III, and Tuthmosis III.

Your next step in the West Bank of Luxor will be to The Temple of Hatshepsut. This impressive temple was constructed on the ruins of a much older mortuary temple of Mentuhotep II during the 15th century BC. Today, it is famous for its terraces, colorful statues, and many chapels.

For some excitement you will have to visit the incredible Colossi of Memnon. These two huge and quite impressive statues represent the ruins of the astonishing mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. They were named Memnon during the Greco Roman period when one statues starting humming. The legend says that this was the sound of the mum of Memnon weeping over her son.

Enjoy your lunch, and dinner now and have some relaxing time at the nile cruise.

Day 03: Tour to Edfu & Kom Ombo + Sail to Aswan

A very delicious breakfast will be waiting for you in the morning at the Nile Cruise.

The Temple of Edfu will be your first destination of the day, as this temple is the finest preserved ancient Egyptian temple in the land of the Nile. It was constructed by the Ptolemies in the 3rd century BC for the worship of the god Horus. The temple is featured with its marvelous stone columns and fascinating wall carvings.

Afterwards, you will be sailing towards Kom Ombo.

Your cruise ship will land at the location of the Temple of Kom Ombo, established in the Ptolemaic period and completed in the Roman era. The temple is dedicated to two gods, the local crocodile, Sobek, and the famous eagle god, Haroeris. This was why the temple was divided into two sections; one for each god.

Day 04: Aswan Tours

Your ship will land at Aswan city and you will start your day with a delicious breakfast in the middle of the Nile.

Let’s start exploring Aswan by visiting the Philae Temple, the best example of Potomac temples that was finely preserved. It was a central hub for the worship of the goddess Isis. The whole complex was relocated to Agilkia Island after the construction of the High Dam in a huge project led by UNESCO.  

Continuing this marvelous journey of Aswan by visiting the High Dam. Considered by many people as the most important construction of modern Egypt, the dam was built in 1960s to restore the flood water of the River Nile and generate electricity.  

The last visit of the day will be to the Unfinished Obelisk, a gigantic granite obelisk dating back to the Pharaohs New Kingdom. If this huge obelisk was completed it would have weighed more than 1197 tons. This will be a marvelous chance to understand how the ancient Egyptians were capable of building such gigantic structures.

Day 05: Optional Tour to Abu Simbel + Final Departure

You will be having your breakfast at your Nile Cruise and then you will check out the Nile Cruise to go for your optional tour of the day.

There will be an Optional Tour to Abu Simbel for you. This temple is the best example of astonishing temples built by the Pharaohs in Nubia. Constructed by Ramses II in the 13th century BC, the temple was transferred to its current location after the building of the High Dam.

This is the end of our amazing trip from Luxor to Aswan. you will be heading back to the Aswan Airport having lots of memories and photos to share with your beloved people.
