 Itinerary

Day 01: Cairo Arrival

One you arrive at the Cairo International Airport, one of our best tour representatives will be waiting for you to assist you with everything and anything you may need.

You will be riding one of the best and most comfortable vehicles to take you to your hotel in Cairo where you will check in and get some relaxing time after a long flight.

Day 02: Cairo Pharaohs Visits

 

The best breakfast will be served at your hotel in the morning.

To begin this marvelous tour in Cairo, you should start by visiting the Pyramids of Giza, the most famous historical site all over the world. Visitors are still amazed how these huge structures were ever built more than 4500 years ago to serve as the royal burial places of the kings of the 4th dynasty of ancient Egypt.

Afterwards, you will be having lunch in one of the best local restaurants in Cairo

The next visit in Cairo should be to discover the secrets of the pharaohs in the Egyptian Museum. Founded at the beginning of the 20th century, the museum is one of the largest and most interesting in the world. With around 120,000 displays, the museum is a journey in ancient Egyptian history.

Day 03: Cairo City Tour Museum and Citadel

After having the most delicious breakfast, you will be checking out your hotel in Cairo and heading towards the Cairo International Airport in a private air-conditioned car to take the local flight to Luxor.

Once you arrive at Luxor, our tour representative will be welcoming you and take you to check in the Nile cruise ship to start our marvelous ride down the Nile.

Let’s start the journey by visiting the East Bank of Luxor which will begin with the Karnak Temple. Founded during the reign of the Middle Kingdom, most of what we see today belong to the New Kingdom. The temple includes some astonishing features like the pylons, the hypostyle hall, the sacred lake, many obelisks, and huge columns.

Next, you will be exploring the Luxor Temple. Featured with the two huge statues of Ramses II at the entrance, the temple was founded more than 3500 years ago. It was connected with the larger temple of Karnak with the Avenue of Sphinxes.

The Nile Cruise will be providing you all meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner while you enjoy your Nile view.

Nile cruise will be organizing a magnificent entertainment program in the evening including belly dancing show, live music, costume parties, and much more.

You will spend the night sailing down the nile at the Nile Cruise.

Day 04: Fly to Luxor + Luxor East and West Bank Tour


The best breakfast will be served in the Nile Cruise to enjoy this great tour with the nile views.

Let’s begin today’s visits at the West Bank of Luxor by exploring the Valley of the Kings. considered the best preserved and greatest ancient Egyptian burial site. Established by the Pharaohs of the New Kingdom, starting from the 18th dynasty, more than 3500 years ago, it contains several amazing tombs.

To discover these charming places of Luxor you have to start with the Temple of Hatshepsut, , the temple was built during the 15th century BC and it was named the splendid of all temples. It is famous for the chapel of Anubis, the Chapel of Hathour, and many other impressive sections.

The next visit in this great tour should be to Colossi of Memnon. Named after Memnon, the Greek legendary hero as one of them used to produce humming sounds. These two huge statues are around 18 meters and they are the only existing sections of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III.

The Nile Cruise will provide you with all the meals of the day while enjoying the Nile view.

You will be sailing towards Edfu tonight.

Day 05: Day trip to Edfu and Kom Ombo + Aswan Tours

Breakfast will be served to you on the Nile Cruise then you will get ready for today’s visits.

The first visit of the day will be to the Temple of Edfu, the best preserved ancient Egyptian temple in the land of the Nile. It was constructed by the Ptolemies in the 3rd century BC for the worship of the god Horus. The temple is featured with its marvelous stone columns and fascinating wall carvings. Afterwards, we would be sailing towards Kom Ombo.

Then your Nile Cruise ship will land at the location of the Temple of Kom Ombo, founded in the Ptolemaic period and completed in the Roman era, the temple is dedicated to two gods, the local crocodile god, Sobek, and the famous eagle god, Haroeris. This was why the temple has a distinctive layout.

In the evening, Nile cruise will provide you with a magnificent entertainment program including belly dancing show, live music, costume parties, and much more.

You will be sailing towards Aswan tonight.

Day 06: Visit Abu Simbel

Enjoy your breakfast in the Nile Cruise in the early morning.

You will start this day by visiting the most interesting monuments of Aswan through your Nile Cruise and as a beginning you will land on the site of the Philae Temple. This is perhaps the most beautiful temple of ancient Egypt that was a cult center for the worship of the goddess Isis. Featured with its impressive pylons and huge pillars, the temple was transferred to its current location after the establishment of the High Dam.

Then you will be visiting the High Dam which is constructed to restore the water of the River Nile and produce electricity, the dam was built more than 50 years ago by the help of the Soviet Union. Today, it is included in many travel packages to Egypt.

The last visit of the day should be to the Unfinished Obelisk, This is the largest to have been established in ancient Egypt. However, it was broken at its bottom. This is the reason why workers left it in its current location we visit today.

You will spend the night in the Nile Cruise in the middle of the great Nile.

Day 07: Alexandria visits

After having the great breakfast, you will check out the Nile Cruise.

There will be an opportunity to go for an optional tour to explore the Temple of Abu Simbel. Built during the 13th century BC by Ramses II, the most famous Pharaoh of the New Kingdom, the complex hosts two temples. The first is dedicated to the worship of Amun, while the second was built by the king for his wife, Nefertari.

Once the day is end you will be heading to the Aswan Airport to take the flight to Cairo

Day 08: Final Departure

In the early morning you will be having your breakfast at the hotel, then you will check out the hotel in Cairo.

It’s now the time to say goodbye to Egypt and head to the Cairo International Airport to take the flight back home after having a remarkable short vacation in Cairo with a Nile Cruise between Aswan and Luxor.
