 Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival to Cairo

Upon your arrival at the Cairo International Airport, you will be meeting with one of our best tour representatives who will take you in one of the best and most comfortable vehicles towards your hotel in Cairo to check in and spend the night after a very long flight.

Day 02: Cairo Tour, visiting the Pyramids and Museum

In the morning you will be enjoying your breakfast in your hotel in Cairo.

Let’s start discovering the secrets of Egypt by visiting the site of the Pyramids of Giza. Constructed more than 4500 years ago, the pyramids of Giza are among the most ancient and astonishing historical sites all over the globe. These huge three pyramids were the tombs of the kings dating to the Old Kingdom, during the 25th century BC.

Then you will be enjoying your lunch in one of the finest local restaurants in Cairo

To explore the rest of Egypt’s sites you will have to pass by the incredible place of the Egyptian Museum. This is among the biggest and most impressive museums in the world. Established in the beginning of the 20th century, the museum has two floors and hundreds of thousands of displays.

You will be heading back to your beloved hotel in Cairo to spend a relaxing night and get ready for tomorrow’s adventure.

Day 03: Fly to Aswan and visit Aswan Tours

enjoy your breakfast in the early morning then check out the hotel in Cairo.

One of our modern air-conditioned vehicles will be transferring you to the Cairo International Airport to take the domestic flight to Aswan that would last for less than an hour.

Once you arrive at the Aswan Airport, our tour representative will be meeting you to embark the Nile cruise in Aswan.

You will start this great Nile cruise journey from Aswan to Luxor by visiting the marvelous highlights of Aswan which will begin by visiting the Philae Temple, the best example of Potomac temples that was finely preserved. It was a central hub for the worship of the goddess Isis. The whole complex was relocated to Agilkia Island after the construction of the High Dam in a huge project led by UNESCO.

Then you have to visit the incredible building of the High Dam, constructed to restore the water of the River Nile and produce electricity, the dam was built more than 50 years ago by the help of the Soviet Union. Today, it is included in many travel packages to Egypt.

To make the day more interesting you should never miss visiting the Unfinished Obelisk, The biggest obelisk ancient Egyptians tried to erect all over their history. However, because of a problem in its bottom, it was left in its original location which we would be exploring today.

You will spend the night sailing towards Kom Ombo city in the Nile Cruise.

Day 04: Tour to Kom Ombo & Edfu + Sail to Luxor

Breakfast will be presented to you in your Nile cruise.

The Nile Cruise ship will land first at the location of the Temple of Kom Ombo. This great temple was established more than 2000 years ago BC and completed during the 1st century AD. Dedicated to two gods, the Crocodile and the falcon god, it is among the most remarkable in Egypt.

Then you will start sailing towards Edfu city to visit the most interesting site of the Temple of Edfu, This temple is the largest and best preserved Ptolemaic temple in Egypt. Featured with its pylons, huge pillars, and the famous statue of Horus, this is an ancient site never to be missed during a tour to Egypt.

Day 05: Luxor West Bank Tour

This ancient burial site was used for more than 500 years to host the dead bodies of the kings of Egypt starting from the 16th century BC. The most impressive tombs belong to Tut Ankh Amun, Thutmose III, and Ramses III.

To enjoy this charming tour in Egypt, you should never miss visiting the Temple of Hatshepsut, the temple was built during the 15th century BC and it was named the splendid of all temples. It is famous for the chapel of Anubis, the Chapel of Hathour, and many other impressive sections.

Day 06: Luxor East Bank Tours & Fly to Cairo

Your next step of the tour of the East Bank of Luxor will be to the Karnak Temple. Founded during the ruling period of the Middle Kingdom more than 4000 years ago, the temple is the largest ever built in ancient Egypt.

To continue exploring Luxor city, you have to pass by the Luxor Temple. This large marvelous temple was where many Pharaohs of Egypt were crowned. Built more than 3500 years ago, a large number of the kings of Egypt contributed to its building.

When the day ends you will be heading to the Luxor Airport to take the flight back to Cairo

You will spend the night at your beloved hotel in Cairo.

Day 07: Alexandria tour

The most delicious breakfast will be served to you in the hotel before getting ready for today’s travel.

You will be travelling to Alexandria in a ride that takes less than 3 hours.

Once you arrive in Alexandria, you will have to visit the famous building of the Library of Alexandria. Established in 2002, this is the modern version of the ancient library of Alexandria that was established in the 3rd century BC. The library is featured with its huge circular design and the glass that permits the natural sunlight to enter it.

Then you will head to the amazing site of the Roman Amphitheatre. This impressive theatre was founded in the 2nd century AD and it was discovered in 1965. It contains 13 rows of marble seats. It is the only of this type that survived in Egypt.

To make your trip more interesting you have to visit the incredible place of the Pompey’s Pillar. This 27 meters' impressive granite pillar is the only remaining section of the Serapium Temple that was founded in Alexandria during the 3rd century AD, in addition to two remarkable sphinxes. Medieval travelers called it after Pompey, the Roman emperor. However, it has nothing to do with him.

It’s now the time to enjoy your lunch in one of the finest local restaurants in Alexandria.

After lunch, you will resume this amazing tour of Alexandria by visiting the Citadel of Qaitbay. This marvelous imposing fort represents the best example of military constructions built by the Mamluks. Constructed in 1485 by Qaitbay, the Mamluk Sultan, the citadel served as a military stronghold.

The last visit in Alexandria during this comprehensive tour to Egypt will be to the Montazah Gardens and complex. One of the rare examples of the summer resorts established by the former royal family of Egypt. Founded at the end of the 20th century by Khedive Abbas Helmy II, the complex includes two Italian designed palaces and many gardens.

After enjoying a wonderful day tour of Alexandria, you will be traveling back to Cairo via our comfortable vehicles and spend the night at your beloved hotel in Cairo.

Day 08: Final Departure

You will be having your breakfast early in the morning then you will be checking out the hotel in Cairo.

IT’s now the time to head to the Cairo International Airport to take the flight back home after having a remarkably short vacation in Cairo with a Nile Cruise between Aswan and Luxor, and Alexandria.
